1. Payments
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China UnionPay) and telegraphic transfer for our transactions. The customer is requested to make the payment once the order is confirmed.

2. Packing
Unless otherwise agreed, free packing services will be provided to our customers.

3. Shipping and Insurance
Once the purchase is confirmed, our customer will receive an invoice with the descriptions of the items purchased as well as the amount of payment. We can also help to arrange shipping and insurance upon client's request, and a detailed quotation will be provided in advance. Shipment will not be initiated until the payment is cleared.

4. Damage
When the purchased item is delivered to the shipper for shipment, the ownership and the risk of loss will be passed to the buyer. If the item is damaged in the shipping process, the buyer should contact the shipper and process a claim under the shipper's insurance policy. Joyce Gallery Limited is not obliged to refund nor compensate if the item is damaged in the shipping process.

5. Guarantee of Authenticity and Refund Policy
We guarantee that the description of the period of manufacture and the culture of each item for sale in this website and in our gallery is a true description. If the buyer finds out, by scientific method, that the description does not hold true, we will provide a full refund to the buyer. Please note that this full refund will include only the price of the purchased item, i.e. it does not include shipping charges, import and export taxes, custom duties, insurance or other fees incurred from shipping. We will cancel a transaction and provide a full refund to the buyer under the following conditions:

- The buyer has to provide the original invoice or receipt, together with a test report, which states that the description about the period of manufacture is inconsistent with the test result, from one of the following institutions:

- Oxford Authentication Ltd.;
- The National Museum of China;
- The Peking University;
- C-Link Research & Development Ltd. (formerly as C&C Authentication Laboratory Ltd.).

- The buyer must still be the owner of the item without disposing any interest to a third party.

- The item is in its original condition.

6. Authenticity Test
Upon clientˇ¦s request, we can arrange the purchased antique (potteries and porcelain only) to be tested by Oxford Authentication Ltd, an antique testing organization operated by recognized experts in the field. Please note that all testing fees are requested to pay by the customer in advance, and they will be borne by the customer, unless the test result concludes that the purchased item is a modern replica.
